• If you are age 60 or older, contact the Area Agency on Aging in your area for more information.
• If you are between the ages of 18 and 59, contact the Center for Independent Living in your area or the Independent Enrollment Broker for more information.
• If you want more information about additional services to help you stay in your own home, go to Adult Day Services, Domiciliary Care, the LIFE program, Home Health Agencies, Personal Care Homes, and Continuing Care Retirement Communities
