There is a wide array of services and supports available that can be provided in your home or at locations in your neighborhood that can make it possible for you to stay in your home. Visit the Settings for Services section of this site for more information.

If you are age 60 or older, contact the Area Agency on Aging in your area to have your needs assessed and arrangements made for the services you need.

If you are between the ages of 18 and 59, contact the Center for Independent Living or the Independent Enrollment Broker. They can arrange for assessments and assist you with making arrangements for the services you need.
