SPECIAL INITIATIVES

Today, many exciting initiatives related to Long Term Living are underway. This site will provide information and updates on activities related to transitioning out of nursing facilities and other forms of institutional living; the creation of easier access to long term living services; efforts to expand consumer directed services and more.
